David Freese saved my life!!!! (in a roundabout way) It might sound crazy but it’s true… I was in a horrible abusive relationship that I had been stuck in for 5 years…. I was planning to see my boyfriend on a late evening in August 2009 when my Daddy called to say David Freese was going to be in rehab at the Springfield Cardinals game… So we hopped in the car and went…. Just before the game the abusive bastard called to chew me out… Telling me he would be waiting for me with a gun when I got home…. Seeing as to how I choose watching Freese over going to see him… I was blessed that he yelled it loud enough into my phone that my father heard and that was that… 5 years of abuse and hell was over… Unfortunately David Freese got hurt rounding 3rd at that game…. I can and always say David Freese saved my life! If it weren’t for that game… I might not be here… Sooner or later that boyfriend of mine was going to kill me… but I survived… Thanks to David Freese….
