1. Matthew 7:1-5

“Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye.

  2. ….think about that for a minute…..

  3. it’s the sin you love the most that does you in….

  4. I wish you the best of luck with that…

  5. they don’t make them like they used to!

    “Not flesh of my flesh
    Nor bone of my bone,
    But still miraculously my own”

That is exactly how my Poppa felt about his children! Any man can father a child but it takes a real man to be a Daddy. My Poppa was an amazing Daddy and raised an amazing man who I call Daddy! My Poppa taught me so many things in life starting with a fathers love for their child. I saw how much my Poppa loved my Daddy and his two daughters everyday… and the true joy he felt as a Poppa… Looking back on all my baby tapes there is always one man off camera… One man always missing from the frame…. . That man is the voice you hear in the background so proud to record his grand babies every move… Another life lesson I learned from my Poppa is this “anyone can take the clothes off your back, the money from your pocket… But nobody can take your knowledge…” Judge George C. Baldridge was quick with a funny fraise or witty comment such as ‘blessed is a man who sit on a tack for he shall rise’ or ‘it’s a piss poor man who can’t find more than one way to spell a word’… I don’t think there was a single situation that he didn’t have a witty response for….

Pie baker extraordinaire! Sooner born and bread…. Tender hearted, a passion for justice… always a man of his word… and the truly sweetest smile I’ve ever seen.

My Poppa was proof that they don’t make them like they used to!
